At Havaianas, we want you to love your summer style, so we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn products in their original packaging. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, our return process is designed to be as breezy as a day at the beach.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Sandals

  Place your unworn Havaianas in their original box and secure them in a shipping mailer to ensure they arrive back to us in perfect condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
